If the reason for a return Is due to an error on our behalf, we will incur all costs and related fees.
(i.e., incorrect product details, received damaged product, received defective product, received wrong product etc.)

If a return is not due to our error, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs, insurance, and other potential fees such as carrier storage. Upon inspection of a return, additional restocking fees may apply if item(s) are not in the same condition as when it was initially dispatched. (i.e., missing accessories, damaged/used product, missing original manufacturer packaging materials, etc.) The incurred costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Fees may be waived dependent on circumstance and will be stated in writing, approved by the Seller.

Once a return has been delivered, refunds may take up to 4 weeks due to the complexity of the inspection process. Our dedicated team members will work to complete the returns process as quickly as possible.
